Jack Flashback: February 2013
February was a relatively calm month at rescue. Those are very rare and we are always thankful for them. Donna celebrated her birthday … and we celebrated her and the rescue by putting together our “Home” video as a gift. Haven’t seen it yet?
Gone Gone Gone
We debuted several new videos at last night’s holiday party to not only celebrate the year but the years of rescue work. Here is the first one – dedicated to all of the amazing volunteers/supporters who keep this machine running and the costs and efforts everyone goes to, to make sure these dogs get the second chance they deserve.
Merry Terrier Good Time!
We celebrated our first Merry Terrier Holiday Party last night in Atlanta and had a terrier of a time! What started as a year-end celebration with just a few volunteers grew into a big gathering of our extended family at rescue, including volunteers, supporters and foster/adopted parents … and, of course, Mama Donna.

We’ve had everything from heart-breaking losses to incredible success stories. One thing was consistent, though: Our online following increased greatly, which meant that our local support also grew beyond anything we’ve known before.

The Angel Tree Returns
December has arrived, and we are excited to announce that Intown Healthy Hound is hosting another angel tree for us this year in their store. Beginning tomorrow, we will feature a dog or two a day on our Facebook page who is looking for an angel like you this season.
