Spring has sprung and we’re havin’ fun! Hot on the heels on Sweetwater 420 Fest on Easter weekend, we are ready to hit the festival trail again this weekend. And guess what? There’s no rain in this festival forecast! It’s nothing but beautiful, sunny skies ahead …
Mama Donna and Team Russell will be in two (count ’em, two) locations this weekend for the “OTP’ers” (that’s “Outside the Perimeter” for those folks not from Atlanta) … and for those folks who want to get out of dodge on what promises to be a gorgeous weekend in the Atlanta area.
Spring Dock Diving Event at Rucker Pet
Things kick off tomorrow (Friday) at Rucker Pet & Wildbird, 5456 Bethelview Road in Cumming. This awesome store (which has been very generous to us in the past with food donations) will be hosting their Spring Dock Diving event all weekend long through Sunday.
Come out and watch the dogs do their dock-diving stuff and stop by our booth to say hello. We’ll have merchandise (including some cool new shirts) and tickets to all of our forthcoming fundraisers and raffles. Some of our dogs will also be popping by at different times to meet and greet the public.
For more information on the schedule of events and some great videos, visit Rucker Horse & Pet’s supply Facebook page.
Woofstock ’04
Meanwhile in Suwanee … We’ll be making our umpteenth (we forget how many) appearance at Star 94’s annual Woofstock on Saturday. The fun returns to Suwanee Town Center Park from noon to 7 pm. This is a huge event that includes tons of animal groups, booths, food, events for the kids, and live entertainment, including A Great Big World and The Dave Matthews Tribute Band.
Stop by our booth and say hi. We’ll have merchandise (including some cool new shirts) and tickets to all of our forthcoming fundraisers and raffles. Some of our dogs will also be popping by at different times to meet and greet the public.

More Fun on the Spring Horizon
Can’t make it out this weekend or prefer the southside of town or intown for events? Don’t you worry none, we’ll be coming to you soon!
We’ll be making an appearance at Dog Days of McDonough that you’ll never forget (trust us) on May 10, and our pups will be meeting and greeting everyone at Dog City Bakery in Sandy Springs on May 31.
It’s going to be a beautiful, fun-filled May, all leading up to our big Jack/Chow fundraiser in Decatur on June 14.
