Go, Shortie, Go!

This is Shortie. As you can tell from his poor, little face, he’s had some challenges to overcome. He was found wandering the streets, very neglected, and was taken in by Hilton Head Humane Association. They treated him for heartworms, an injury to his face, flea allergy dermatitis and worms. Whew!

He is now healing nicely and has received all of his vaccinations. Hilton Head is a no-kill shelter, but this sweet boy has obviously had a tough life so far. They have reached out to all of us to help him find the home he deserves. Let’s not let him spend the rest of his life in a shelter.
