My Wishes
Hello, Santa! Kennedy here. As you and many others know, I have spent several Christmases with rescue and will probably spend the rest of mine here in the “sanctuary” as well. When I say “here,” though, I am referring to a comfy, loving home with other sisters and brothers, including Snowy, who is a medical “forever foster” like me.
I have degenerative arthritis of the spine and do not have much control over my back legs … except when I’m in my wheelchair, of course! If you’ve been to any of our rescue events, you’ve probably seen me whizzing around in it. I am the ambassador of the little Jack who could!
My foster parents take pretty darn good care of me throughout the year, but I’ve been a good boy and could use some things. Pill Pockets are great, so I don’t realize those meds are actually meds. Yum! I love treats, too — anything “healthy” made in the USA without all those yucky ingredients (corn, wheat, filler, etc.). I enjoy chewing on Greenies for my teethies, too.
Where to Buy
If you live in Atlanta, you can pick up items at Dog City Bakery II, 6309 1-D Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. You can leave them at the store, along with a note for me, and our little elves will pick them up for me before Santa’s delivery on Christmas.
If you don’t live in Atlanta, you can visit our Amazon Wish List and find any of these things to ship directly to the rescue.
