Scouting and getting treats. So, if you want an awesome looking guy that’s as smart as a Jack and as fast as a Whippet: he’s the one. That is … if you have the energy for him. 😉 ”
About Kevin
Kevin Schwutke has been volunteering with us since he, his photographer wife Elisa, and their beautiful JRT girl Isis met us at a Westin Buckhead event back in July of 2013.
He has been instrumental in helping several of our fearful and fear-aggressive dogs overcome their past experiences, grow confidence, and go on to become adoptable and/or adopted and living wonderful forever lives. He is never hesitant to take on the dogs no one else will/can touch, and is “the guy” to introduce potential adopters/their dogs to our dogs to make sure as many adoptions are as successful as possible. He also spends plenty of time with our well-adjusted and socialized dogs, teaching them agility, basic commands and, of course, the importance of playtime!
He and Elisa have also stepped up to foster dogs, including Mr. Wiggles, who went on to a wonderful forever life, and Chad … who won over their hearts and became a part of their permanent pack.
