About Kim
What can we say about Kim Davis? She is a–yes, here it comes–“Jack” of all trades when it comes to volunteering at the rescue. There’s nothing she hasn’t done, or wouldn’t do, to help the rescues … mowing yards, fixing tarps, transporting dogs, making phone calls, soliciting and keeping track of donations, being the face of rescue on TV and at special events, donating her cabin to the our annual raffle and orchestrating our massive Jack/Chow fundraiser every summer … and that’s just naming a few of them. Whenever we realize something needs to be done, she’s already halfway finished with it.
And we’re not her only volunteer game in town! She also donates her free time to Winship Cancer Institute and participates in the 3-Day breast cancer walk every year.
On top of all that, she is a foster failure of several years to former GA JRT rescue Maxie, as well as two other Jacks, Eddie and Jackpot, and a Doxie, Morgan.
