Rocket
We are so thankful for our Rocket-man! We are certain he’s never been treated like the sweet little baby he’s becoming. It took about 3 weeks for him to stop second guessing (trying to bite) his momma (me), but it was instant that he and his daddy were BFFs (Michael), and soon thereafter his canine brother (Lucky) are all packed up. Rocket even tolerates his other brother Bandit (our ferret). 🙂
He really won’t ever like everyone, but he now enjoys spending time with his other two-legged family members – his sister, our daughter Maggie, and his Aunt Lisa (my sister). We think he’s a pretty good judge of character~lol!
There’s been lot’s of hierarchy and reversal of hierarchy training with Rocket, patience, consistency, and the most important ingredient, LOVE! And, oh, do we love him sooo much!
He has been to work with me at Steeplechase Veterinary Hospital enough times to be fully vetted with a clean bill of health, and gets spa days with his Mom and Dad often at work when no one else is there. 😉
He is the best little JRT who truly deserved and shows us his appreciation of his forever home! Thank you for giving us our youngest son. He is spoiled like he should be, and we are not done yet! I can’t say enough about Rocket, his is our heart!”
