Let’s kick off the weekend early with a feel-good story! Mama Penny has left her ready-to-adopt puppies and will now be a spoiled baby herself for a change.
The Smiths came out last weekend to meet her, and it was instant love. Now known as “Lilly Lee,” the active girl has hit the “jack” pot with her new family. They love to hike, run and kayak. They’re very experienced JRT peeps and, hey, her new aunt is even a veterinarian! Score! We can’t wait to see what a great life she has. She definitely deserves it.

Although Penny spent most of her time in foster care with her babies before coming to us, we all fell in love with her immediately.
