We Have a Winner!

They don’t call her Boudica, the Warrior Queen for nothing! She came, she saw, and in the final hours of our first Year of the Jack Calendar Photo Contest, she “conquered” the top fundraising spot! This beautiful senior will now be the featured photo on our calendar cover and have her own month inside. She’ll also be bringing home a lot of toys and treats with a PetSmart gift card.

Boudica and her brother, Clancy, went all out with four fabulous entries in the calendar! Clancy will also be featured as a monthly pup for taking 5th place.

We want to thank everyone who made this so much fun! It was definitely a close race and one from which all of the rescues will benefit.

In the Top 24?

Did you rank in the top 24? We will be reaching out to many of you over the next few weeks with questions, clarifications, confirmations, etc., as we begin work on the custom design of the calendar. We hope to have the calendars printed by November and will then ship them to you, including the gift cards for the top 12, in time to share for the holidays.

Participated but Did Not Place?

If you entered the contest, raised more than $15 to help the cause but did not actually place in the top 24 to be included in the calendar, we still want to thank you for your efforts in helping. We will be reaching out to you to via email to include your photo on a chosen date instead! Please, do not use the reservation system! It requires you pay. You can also proactively email us the date(s) you would prefer.

Reservation Spots

Some folks asked for more time to reserve a calendar date, so we have extended that date until Halloween (as many people wanted to submit costumes photos!). For $15, you can reserve a special date on the calendar (birthday, adoption day, the day you said goodbye, etc.) for your dog and you’ll receive a free calendar when they ship.
